Larry Foster is a Senior Life agent with J.L. Hubbard Insurance and Bonds in the Forsyth Office and is also President of Foster Financial Services, Inc. a company he founded in 1977.  The firm is affiliated with Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance and furnishes securities, investment advisory and financial planning services.  He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table.

Larry is past president of the Central Illinois Estate Planning Council.

Foster’s current civic service includes membership in the board of directors of the Salvation Army and is a trustee of Central Christian Church.  Foster is a member of the Rotary Club and past president.

He was formerly the chairman of the Red Cross and is a past member of the boards of directors of the United Way, Decatur Memorial Hospital, Symphony Guild, Boy Scouts and Webster-Cantrell Hall.

In 2008, he received the prestigious William Booth Award for his substantial contributions to the work of the Salvation Army.  Foster was chairman of the completed $5 million capital campaign for the Decatur unit.

A Decatur native, Foster graduated from Eisenhower High School and received a bachelor’s degree from Millikin University and a master’s degree from The American College in Bryn Mawr, Penn.

Larry and his wife, Debbie, have five children and 13 grandchildren.
