Kevin joined the agency in 1978 as an Account Executive following graduation
from Quincy University. In 1980 he was promoted to Vice President and
in 1981 he was appointed President. He has been actively involved in the
production and servicing of commercial insurance and surety bond accounts
in his twenty-five plus years with J. L. Hubbard Insurance and Bonds.
An active member of the Decatur community, he has served as an officer
and director of numerous civic and community organizations.
