Dental insurance is an added benefit that can be offered to groups as small as two on a stand-alone basis or in combination with other benefits. You can offer it at no cost to your employees, at no cost to the business, or on a cost-sharing basis, depending on what level of benefit you are trying to achieve and how many are enrolling for coverage. Depending upon the size of your group, you can even add orthodontia coverage for all those enrolled or just the children. Dental insurance can even be purchased in the form of an individual policy if you have a need, but your employer does not offer the coverage.
